I was awoken out my SLUMBER today by this godly bright light blasting through the window blinding me ferociously.
At first I wanted to punch someone because who the hell turned on these stage lights? But when I dragged myself over to the window to look out, all my sleepiness disappeared.
It was Earth
Not the photos, or a little projection we studied. It was the real freaking thing. It was glowing insanely bright. It has this massive white aura wrapped around it like it was just radiating energy. It looked like a round ball covered in green patches and dark blue water that spread out everywhere.
As we got closer, I got to see the different textures of the land. Some areas were flat and smooth, while others were jagged and sharp. It wasn't perfect but somehow, it was beautiful.
As I was finishing putting on my gear, I hear this loud screech coming from the intercom. It announced:
“ We will be descending shortly. Place on your gear and prepare for the landing sequence."
what a coincidence lol
Since I already geared up, I'm sitting here writing in my diary as I wait for the others to suit up lol
Whatever the hell happens on this planet, I want to be ready.
